Apart from traditional fabrication methods, we use vacuum bagging which allows us to produce high quality foam cored panels with moulded surfaces and constant thickness. Today there is a wide variety of core materials available, including polyurethane, expanded PVC foams, balsa and polyethylene honeycomb, with each giving specific structural benefits.
